Things You’ll Need:
12 Pita Pockets or wheat tortillas
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Dried basil
Kitchen scissors
Kitchen brush
Baking pan
Non-stick spray
1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut the pitas into 8 pieces. You may stack 2 pitas together and use kitchen scissors to quicken the process.
3. Combine olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, and basil in a bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
4. Using a kitchen brush, lightly brush each small triangle of pita with the olive oil mix.
5. Spray baking sheet with a non-stick spay.
6. Arrange your chips on the sheet. Do not arrange more than 1 double layer.
7. Place the sheet in the oven. Your chips should bake for about 7 minutes. Start keeping an eye on them after 5 minutes, as they can easily burn.
