Spice it Up – My Favorite Picks

Eating clean can be hard at times but adding seasoning or condiments to your meals can make you feel satisfied.  Feeling satisfied after a meal will help with the feeling of needing more and fight the cravings to snack.  Try adding a tbsp of olive oil and your favorite spice to any meal and taste the difference.

Some of my favorite Seasonings include:
