1/2 cup of some type of Nutter (almond, peanut…)
1/4 cup of honey or oatmeal
1 1/2 scoop of protein
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Roll small balls whatever size you want
Chill in freezer for an hour
I think it is best to double the recipe when making.
Store in fridge when you have completed the recipe.
A ball should be incorporated into your meal or eat three as a meal – I would not recommend eating these in between your 5 to 6 meals a day. Too many extra calories if you eat in between meals.

Hi Kathleen,
You are looking beautiful
I live in the UK – what is ‘nutter’? Is this like a nut butter? Also, what is a cup equivalent as we do not use the measurement ‘cup’ in UK – is it certain # of grams?
Please advise
Many Thanks
Hannah

Any nut that is turned into a creamy butter consistency. I call it Nutter to capture all the different nuts (peanut butter, almond butter and cashew butter) thanks for writing!!!

I just made a batch and stuck it in the freezer to set!
(I used my vanilla protein powder and added a tad of water to help mix) Was able to make about 14 balls out of the batch. Tasted a small bit of the ‘batter’ and so far so good…*cross fingers* we’ll see how it goes.
Lookin fwd to trying these when they’re done.

(I believe I posted yesterday that I made these…) and I just wanted to stop back to say I did try these and they are pretty tasty..
Will probably make these again.
Thanks, Kathleen!

I excluded the oats, used chocolate whey, and while warm, rolled them in a mix of unswt organic coconut flakes, chocolate whey, and dark cocoa powder! YUM

What is the nutritional breakdown of these – how much protein, carbs, and fat?
Great idea! Thanks!
