No problem the diet is not bad – get creative with seasonings and mustards… make every meal taste so good. This will help eliminate cravings. Have fun on the journey.

Kathleen, you’re very inspirational, of course for your images of a healthy life and beautiful person, but also because of your enthusiasm for that life and the openness to share with others. Thank you!
This may be a silly questions, but I thought I’d ask: What is your favorite way to cook your egg whites?

Hey Kathleen! I have tried this diet plan for a few days now and I love it! It really does take care af the cravings. I was wondering if you tone down your training while on this diet plan?

Kathleen, I don’t see any veggies listed with meals 1 or 3 do you eliminate them ? If you did eat the veggies say in meal 3 would you swap them for the 3oz of yam? Do you count green veggies as carbs or eat them freely?

In order to build muscle how do you determine the amount of calories your body should intake and how many should be divided between carbs, protein, and fats?

Kathleen,
Are there any other supplements that you take, particularly like, or that you would recommend?
