Inspired by: IFBB Figure Pro Felicia Romero
1 cup egg whites
1 heaping scoop of protein
1/2 tbl sweetener
1/2 tbl cinnamon
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together
Spray mini muffin tin (12 mini’s) with non-stick spray (make sure to spray inside each whole individually)
Cook @ 350 for 15 minutes
*** you can even use spices or fruit get creative !!!***

I like to cook the raw oats with the eggs while they are cooking it is quick and easy and tastes so yummy… does this help?
