Food for the Week

People often ask what a typical week includes when it comes to my diet.  This week breakfast, lunch and dinner will include:

Egg whites

Oatmeal

Chicken

Salmon

Steak

Asparagus

Green beans

Almonds

Protein Powder

Rice

I mix and match the above and that is all my week will include.  I get creative to make my meals taste great.  A fun dip I made this week – mustard, pepper and macadamia nut oil.
