FAT FREE BANANA LOAF
Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup applesauce
- ¾ cup Splenda or similar sweetener
- 2 cups flour (I used 1 cup oatmeal flour and 1 cup of whey protein; I get the whey protein from a bin at a health food store)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup almonds or walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 325. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites, and add the remaining wet ingredients (bananas, applesauce, splenda). Mix thoroughly. In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Then lightly blend all of the ingredients together, and pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for 50min or until toothpick comes out dry. Enjoy!!
