I first got to know Kathleen not personally but by following her in magazine spreads such as Flex, and Muscle& Fitness Hers, I never thought that I would get the chance to work with her one-on-one. When getting ready for my first NPC figure show in Utah I was introduced to Kathleen. The most intimidating part of competing, for me, was posing. Kathleen showed me the way, she spend hours with me, teaching me how the Pro’s do it. She did many things to help me get better at my posing and to prepare me to feel confident on the stage. Kathleen took pictures of me at the beginning of each of the meetings, she also video taped me does my posing. This way I could critique myself. She also set up a mock competition, she had judges so I could get feedback and get a feel for what the actual day of the competition would feel like. 

    Kat did more than help me with my posing, she had several figure swimsuits that I could choose from to rent, since it was my first show I didn’t have the money to spend on my own suit. Kathleen’s suits were couture and gorgeous, I rented one of them, which I got many compliments from at my show. She would send me texts to check in on me and boost my confidence prior to the show. Kathleen also had many people to refer me to prepare me for the day of the competition such as someone wonderful to do my makeup, she even scheduled the appointment for me! The day of the competition Kathleen was behind the scenes with me! She made sure I was on top of what I needed to eat moments before I went on stage, and kept me focused on me so that I could forget about the stress of the competition.

    Working with Kathleen was surreal, she went above and beyond to make my first show the best experience that it could have been! I never would have been as prepared or as confident as I was, which placed a big part in my taking first at my first show! Kathleen was truly sincere and gave me hopes to be where she is at in her Pro Figure career one day! THANK YOU KAT!

Wow! I dont even really know where to start with what a great help Kat has been. I decided to do a NPC fitness competition about six weeks before the show. I had never done or even been to a competition before. I had no idea what to expect or what to do to prepare myself for it. I ended up taking first in my division and winning overall in the bikini division, and I owe sooo much of that to Kat. She helped me more than I could have ever asked for. We met every week once a week til the show, she helped me with my walking, my poses, makeup, emotions, how to do my hair, what type of swim suit to get, the shoes, EVERYTHING! I would have been lost without her.

The day of the show she was my backstage coach and was amazing. Helped me relax, helped remind me when to eat what to eat, and most of all gave me confidence… I went into the show thinking I didnt really have a chance at this and thought to myself what am i doing here? Kat boosted my convidence more than anybody ever has and made me realize i just need to go out there do my best and be so proud of myself for how far I had come and thats exactly what I did and came out on top. It was an amazing feeling!! Kat knows everything and anything about fitness, dieting, fitness competitions, etc.. She is one of the best role models for women and girls. I will always look up to her and go to her for anything!

My name is Shane Willard. I am the president of CuddleBag.com. I was recently in need of a talented model for a trade show I was exhibiting at in Denver. Kathleen was referred to me by a close friend of mine. I was extremely impressed to find that Kathleen came to our trade show well prepared to discuss AND SELL our product. From the first day of the show it was very clear that Kathleen had educated herself very well on our product, and she was more than prepared to discuss it with our potential clients. My hope was that she would be able to engage some of our potential clients in friendly conversation and then turn them over to a salesman. To my surprise, by the time Kathleen was done talking with some our potential clients she would signal over to our salespeople and inform them that the client was ready to make an opening order. This happened SEVERAL times.

Additionally, we were at a trade show where close to 90% of the attendees were men. We needed someone attractive enough to create more foot traffic for us. Again, Kathleen did NOT disappoint. On the contrary, throughout the whole show we had people passing by saying things like, “Oh, there they are, we heard that the CuddleBag babes were the ‘Babes of the Show’” or “You guys have the hottest babes here” or “Where did you find these girls, they are amazing?”
Although VERY attractive and beautiful, Kathleen is more than just a pretty face. She helped us have the best show we’ve ever had in our 6 years of going to trade shows. She is extremely attractive, extremely professional, and a wonderful salesperson. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her work. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of true TALENT.
